Create a short film with a running time of no more than 30 minutes. Your film can be any format, style or genre that you like. (If you have already created one, proceed to Step 2).
Register your submission. Select "Freestyle Short Film" from the Challenge dropdown menu.
*If your film is too loong to upload in a single file, you can separate it into two (or more) files. This will not affect the juding of your project in any way (please visit the FAQ page).
Accepted submissions will be posted on this website and screened by a panel of judges. Winning submissions will be included in “compilation” films (think “Babel” or “Night On Earth”) which will be submitted to major film festivals. All winning contributors will receive IMDb credits and a DVD copy of the finished film. Winning contributors will share in any profits generated by the sale of commercial distribution rights (see terms).
